Megan Armstrong Wold

Founder & President
“My drive is fed by a fascination with why and how people make purchasing decisions.”

Megan worked in marketing since 2007, after completing her degree at Montana State University. She made her way from Moonlight Basin Ski Resort to the Bozeman Daily Chronicle and then founded AMS. Applying her marketing savvy in combination with strong leadership skills, she forged the direction of the company: providing clients positive, powerful tools to improve business. With a knack for “thinking like a customer,” Megan identifies audience needs and then effectively connects with them. In addition to helping clients’ businesses thrive, Megan sits on the Montana Women’s Business Center board for Prospera.

TYREL N. THORNTON

OWNER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
“I love using design thinking to help businesses build and best execute their brand.”

After growing up on a cattle ranch outside Lewistown, Montana, Tyrel completed his degree in Graphic Design at Montana State University. He steers the AMS creative ship, developing concepts to produce assets that support brand initiatives for our clients. Tyrel is passionate about the design process, using a strategic approach to problem solving. Perhaps his greatest talent is his ability to communicate with broad audiences through creative content—finding the language of a business and delivering the values of a brand to connect with customer values. Tyrel serves on the Gallatin Valley Land Trust Nextgen Board.

Working together as a team to do good work for good people to further strengthen the business community.

DEVIN H. ARCHILLA

PROJECT COORDINATOR & GRAPHIC DESIGNER
“Producing stunning creative designs is only a small portion of what it means to be a designer. I’m interested in the emotional connections required to produce compelling visuals and storytelling.”

She holds degrees in Graphic Design and Small Business Entrepreneurship from Montana State University and for the last four years has worked as a graphic designer and photographer. Her sharp eye for layout design and organization enhances the quality of every AMS project. Her specialty is finding ways to make it easier for audiences to connect with brand assets in print and digital formats.

erin schattauer

Content & Marketing Strategist
“From the time I was a child, storytelling has always been at the heart of everything I do.”

Erin grew up in Pennsylvania, graduating from Allegheny College with a degree in English and creative writing. Lured by the mountains and open spaces, she packed up her car and headed west, landing in Bozeman in 2008. Erin has worked as a journalist at newspapers in Pennsylvania and Montana. She led digital content and social media efforts for local television and radio stations in Bozeman before joining Armstrong Marketing Solutions in November 2017. It’s her goal to tell those stories well and through the best channels possible to reach the desired audience. Erin is a public speaker and advocate for survivors of domestic violence. She is a volunteer with HAVEN, a Bozeman non-profit. When she can, she tries to fit in a run or hike on one of the area’s many beautiful trails.
